Obesity is defined as the weight that is higher than what is considered a healthy weight. One of the easiest ways to measure if you are obese is by calculating your Body Mass Index (BMI). A BMI is your weight in kilograms divided by your height in meters. A BMI higher than 25.0 is considered overweight. A BMI that is higher than 30.0 is considered obese.
